FRIENDLY TAKEOVER: CUCINA ITAMESHI TAKES OVER BISTRO NEUMARKT

The idea for this friendly takeover was born out of culinary affinity and friendship: ‘We have similar values and ideas about how we run restaurants in our respective hometowns,’ says Valentin Diem. For his business partner Nenad Mlinarevic, the collaboration fulfils a long-held dream: ‘I've wanted to realise a joint project for a long time because I'm a big fan of the “Mochi” cuisine that Tobi and Eddi have established in their various restaurants in Vienna,’ says the experienced chef.
